We offer a high-quality gluten free mix for baking BUCKWHEAT BREAD. The mix has been created with a combination of high-quality gluten-free flours: corn flour and buckwheat flour, which guarantees an excellent taste and pleasant aroma. Buckwheat bread, thanks to its nutritional value, is a perfect supplement to the everyday gluten-free diet. The birch sugar which it contains is rich in essential minerals.

Product suitable for gluten-free diet.

Ingredients: gluten-free wheat starch, buckwheat flour (19%), tapioca starch, corn flour, potato starch, xylitol,  salt, thickener: xanthan gum; raising agent: E500 (ii).

To make the dough, you only need:

440 ml of water ▪ 7 g of gluten-free yeast powder▪ 3 tablespoons of coconut oil (or other vegetable oil)
